By accessing or using Wall St. 101 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.
Wall St. 101 is an online financial education platform providing structured modules, a paper trading simulator, and related educational resources. The Platform is operated globally and is designed to be accessible to learners from all countries.
All content on Wall St. 101 — including modules, case studies, glossary definitions, simulator outputs, and any other materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated financial guidance. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by this Platform. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent Pro access restrictions is prohibited.
Wall St. 101 offers a permanently free tier (Modules 1–4) and a paid Pro subscription (all modules, advanced simulator features, and certificate of completion). Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current period ends. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and can be cancelled to prevent renewal. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The simulator uses virtual currency only. No real money is involved. Simulator prices are based on real market data but may be delayed. Past simulator performance does not indicate future real-world trading performance. The simulator is for educational purposes only.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (d) upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content; or (e) impersonate another person or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wall St. 101 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any investment decisions made in reliance on educational content. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. For users outside New Zealand, applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
